Lana Grossa has another hit on their hands with Pashmina as far as I'm concerned. It's a beautiful, worsted-weight, cashmere-blend yarn that is so soft you'd swear it's 100% cashmere. I started with a scarf but that went so well, I'm ready to move on to the matching cardigan.

I knitted a 2x2 stockinette stitch swatch with this and it was a dream come true. The yarn was soooooo soft, had no pilling problems, the swatch turned out to have plenty of elasticity, and splitting wasn't much of a problem either. It is also warm, which is just what I need to make that beanie.

I bought a sample skein of this yarn, and lost the label -- I went CRAZY trying to figure out what yarn it was, because now I have to make a sweater with it! It is so soft, you can barely feel it against your skin. The dark burgundy color (#10) is perfect.
